EDITOR:

 Okay, as I view a Facebook profile photograph of my pal, handsome Paul Helmke, I feel courageous enough to offer up this “prayer”:  Please, Lord, do not force me to choose between two Hoosier gubernatorial candidates (Republican “Mike” Pence and maybe Democrat John Gregg) who are feigning evangelical tendencies and gun enthusiasm simultaneously not to mention ironically—just to get votes. Please, SOMEBODY SENSIBLE run for governor. Embarrassing!  

And whatever happened to true DEMOCRATS?  Come back to us as soon as humanly and humanely possible.  You are sorely missed
